The Prophet (PBUH) said:
“The buyer and seller have the option of cancelling or modifying the deal unless they separate.” (Sahih Bukhari)

Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. The following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in a condition that allows it to be resold (no damage, stains, or alterations).
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Note: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange as per your request.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and the item you wish to exchange, along with the reason for the exchange.
- Approval: After reviewing your request, we will confirm if the exchange is possible and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Exchange Shipment: Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange for the shipment of the new item and you may return the original item following the process outlined above.
Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
If a return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.
Claims for Defective or Damaged Goods
